 Original, One of a Kind or Limited Edition collars, harnesses, collar and leash sets, matching sweaters and accessories for your dog, puppy or cat.Every item is Hand Made using the finest quality embellishments, Swarovski Rhinestones, sequins and beading. I use only Non-Toxic materials, adhesives and sealers. Each pet product is then tested for durability.I give a 100% guarantee on every item for workmanship.To date I have not had one return. I offer every style pet collar from the tiny 8", fancy rhinestone, beaded, sequins, floral, ribbon, pearls to extra large 32" masculine styles using etched bone, wood, leather, spiked collars to name a few.Custom orders are always welcome! Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Any of our products may be returned to us within thirty days after receipt of the item for an exchange. A store credit will be issued with no expiration date. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchaser’s expense. Custom orders Custom orders are not returnable for size errors. Do not guess the size. Measure your pet following the instructions on the pet sizing page. It takes a great deal of time to make these collars by hand as I do not mass produce in China like most all collar companies do. If you do order the wrong size I will try to remake the item and you will be charged a fee. I only offer free shipping one time per order.If you return an item for any reason,repair or exchange, you will be charged the additional shipping fee. Damaged items If you have more than one pet and they ruff house,biting each others necks......well, need I say I am not responsible.These pet collars are to be used as you would fine jewelry. Do not bathe your pet with out removing the collar first.The collars are water resistant, not water proof.We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your pet to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition. Return Instructions Please contact me If you would like to exchange the item, please let us know what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Items returned through the U.S. Mail using only insurance without delivery confirmation can be lost in transit. Insurance by itself does not provide proof of delivery. If an insured item becomes lost, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office to recover their loss for their merchandise. Damaged Items and Lost Packages: If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours.I try to make each order promptly, shipping it within a week.You must contact us within 30 days of order placement, if your item has not arrived.
